Biography
As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Minimally Invasive Procedure Specialists, Stephanie focuses on the evaluation and management of venous and vascular conditions and works closely with our interventional radiology team to provide patients with minimally invasive treatment options.
Prior to joining MIPS, Stephanie practiced as a nurse practitioner in vascular surgery in Hawaii, where she cared for patients with a wide range of venous and arterial conditions and gained extensive experience in the evaluation and management of complex vascular disease. She’s also worked as an intensive care unit nurse and served as a nurse in the U.S. Army. Her career has taken her to several parts of the country, allowing her to care for diverse patient populations and health systems along the way.
Stephanie has a passion for improving care for military and veteran populations and is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice. Her academic work focuses on improving care delivery and health outcomes for service members and veterans, including better recognition of chronic pain syndromes that may be related to complex venous disease.
