Certified Nursing Assistant
Monica is a native of Colorado who has been in the healthcare field for the last six years. This has been her childhood dream and we are thankful that she has brought her skill, knowledge and compassion to the practice here at MIPS. Her passion is knowing that each day she is helping patients reach their full potential for a happy and enjoyable life.
Monica is currently advancing her studies in nursing and working on her bachelors. In her free time, she enjoys binge-watching Netflix, quality time with her supportive family, and shopping.
Alex
Certified Nursing Assistant
At the age of 12, Alex knew she wanted to help people. That manifested into her deep empathy and compassion for the people she met throughout her childhood and teenage years tagging along with her mom who worked in the healthcare field. The wisdom she’s acquired through these conversations over the years embodies who she is today. Alex’s engaging and eccentric personality makes her a patient favorite and a joy to work with.
When Alex isn’t working, she’s spending time with her rescue dog, Diesel, whose heart is as big as he is! She is a devoted mother to her new baby girl, Waverly, who is currently practicing her first laughs to the delight of all in the room. Welcome to the team Alex!

Glenne
Sonographer
Glenne has been performing vascular ultrasounds for over 16 years, the majority of that time was spent in a hospital setting in a vascular lab.
According to Glenne, “I am married with 6 kids – we have a crazy blended family. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 4 chickens. I also foster dogs for a local rescue group which is my passion. When I’m not at work I am usually volunteering for them or my husband and I go camping and ride our side-by-side in the mountains”.
Lauren
Ultrasound Tech
Lauren started her first job in the health field as a nurse for animals which is where she got introduced to ultrasound. In the human field, she found sonography interesting and knew MIPS was the spot to fulfill that interest. On days off, she loves hiking with friends and going on camping trips with her kids!

Lisa
Patient Care Coordinator
Lisa graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s in biomedical science. Her passion for constant learning and education led her to earn a master’s in biomedical science with a concentration in forensic genetics from UNT Health Science Center. Her professional career ranges from involvement in Workers Compensation, assisting orthopedic surgeons in peer reviews, and medical/surgical assistant in dermatology and Mohs surgery. Lisa believes patient education and developing personal relationships are pivotal to providing superior healthcare; every person has a story to tell, and she feels she can learn something from every individual she meets. With this, she strives to bring a personal touch and connection to her interactions with patients, providers, and clinical staff.
Lisa believes in the therapeutic aspects of listening to, and harbors a deep love for creating music. During her time at A&M, she was a member in the A&M Women’s Chorus and also participated in piano competitions during high school. Thanks to Denver’s music scene, she has attended upward of 30 concerts since moving to Colorado in 2015, and is continuously adding to the list. She also enjoys time hiking and exploring everything Colorado has to offer in term of its natural beauty. Lisa enjoys cooking and experimenting in the kitchen; she will try any food once and, as of yet, she has not found a food she does not like.
