MIPS Management Staff


Kyler

Director of Operations

Originally from Littleton, CO, Kyler completed his Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Public Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Kyler is currently completing his Master’s Degree in Business Administration. During his time at University of Nebraska-Omaha Kyler played baseball for the Mavericks and was also involved in many community activities. Kyler moved back to Colorado after obtaining his degree where he started practice management with a high volume Neurosurgery practice in Parker, CO. Kyler grew in his career, managing the clinic for a successful 20+ provider Interventional Radiology practice. He continues to grow in his career joining MIPS as Director of Operation in 2017 and helped launch this exciting new independent interventional radiology practice.

Kyler has a passion for healthcare and brings a business sense to the world of medicine. Despite his business sense, his philosophy is “the patient always comes first”.

Outside of work, you’ll catch Kyler at a ballgame or on a lake with his wife and their dog Nelli.


Sarah

Practice Manager

Sarah has worked in healthcare since 2007 beginning her career as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. She served as charge RT at Swedish Medical Center from 2008-2012 where she worked in the ER and ICU.  She attended Metropolitan State University of Denver for Healthcare Management. Sarah joined RIA Endovascular in 2012 and was promoted to lead patient care coordinator in 2016. She joins MIPS as the Practice Manager where we welcome her passion for patient care and making the patient experience smooth and as carefree as possible.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and 7 year old son at their property in Fairplay, Colorado.


Katie

Assistant Practice Manager

Katie attended school at Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska where she competed on the women’s lacrosse team, was voted team captain, a representative of the student athlete advisory committee, all the while studying psychology and biology. While attending college, Katie, started her career in the medical field as a nursing assistant in 2013. She has worked in skilled nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and specialty memory care facilities. She has received countless specialized training to help her give individualized care for every person who needs assistance. Katie came to our practice in 2019 and is looking forward to growing within the company.When Katie’s not at work she likes to spend time with her friends, family, her boyfriend, and her dog, Piper. Katie has two brothers who she looks up to. She says that her mom, Joan, and her dad, Jake, are two the best people she has ever met and have the biggest hearts. She says, “I may be bias, but I have the most amazing dad in the world. He is the smartest man I have ever met and my best friend. Everything I do is to make him proud. In November of 2017, we lost our dad to a terrible accident and our goal as a family is to change laws to protect and honor bicyclists like him”.

Chris

Sonographer

Chris is a Medical Imaging Specialist and Vascular Sonographer. He has 7+ years of professional experience performing a variety of ultrasound scans in both emergent hospital care and clinical settings. As a vascular board certified tech working at MIPS, he has developed the careful and meticulous skills required for vascular mapping. Chris possess’s a strong commitment to performing diagnostic exams with care and efficiency while still maintaining an awareness of patient sensitivity.

Glenne

Sonographer

Glenne has been performing vascular ultrasounds for over 16 years, the majority of that time was spent in a hospital setting in a vascular lab.

According to Glenne, “I am married with 6 kids – we have a crazy blended family. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 4 chickens. I also foster dogs for a local rescue group which is my passion. When I’m not at work I am usually volunteering for them or my husband and I go camping and ride our side-by-side in the mountains”.


Alexa

Sonographer

Alexa is a native of Colorado and enjoys spending time in the mountains.  She has a background in business and a Master’s degree in human resources focusing on counseling and career development.  Ultrasound is now her passion.  Alexa enjoys taking care of patients and providing a piece of the puzzle to the patient’s overall care.  Alexa also enjoys listening to music and spending time with friends and family and snuggle time with her two cats on the couch is always a must!  Alexa is looking forward to taking care of you!


Evette

Clinical Supervisor

Evette has always had a love and passion for helping others, which led her to start her journey and career path in healthcare. From 1999 to early 2004, she worked as a certified nursing assistant in hospitals,skilled nursing facilities, and home health care. During this time, she attended Palomar College in San Marcos, California where she obtained her associates degree in health science. After returning to Denver, she attended Parks College from 2004 -2005, where she graduated as a Certified Medical Assistant. She has since worked as a CMA in pain management and Orthopedics. She joined MIPS in 2018 where her knowledge in healthcare and her passion to help others shine. She is now our Clinical Supervisor and is excited for the future endeavors at MIPS. 
Evette is a football fanatic, who loves the BRONCOS! She also enjoys watching movies, going to amusement parks, traveling, and exploring new places. She is very family orientated and loves spending time with her boyfriend, her son Mikuh, her daughter Anna-Alicia and her two and a half year old American bulldog “Big Mac”. 

J.D.

Medical Assistant

Joshua served as an United States Navy Hospital Corpsman for eight years in the field hospital acting as the head of the Surgical Department in Launschtuel, Germany. After which, he went on to become a Certified Medical Assistant going on to school to become a Surgical Technologist. He is married to his wife, Carrie. He enjoys hiking, camping, archery, and overlanding with his wife and two Australian Shepherds.

Cheyanne

Medical Assistant

Cheyanne is a Registered Medical Assistant and joined our team in January of 2020. Prior to becoming an RMA she worked in rehabilitation facilities, memory care units, and home health care. She says, “my position as a home health aide is really what got me hooked on patient care. I was a caretaker for a man that suffered from ALS and while it was exhausting at times, we became extremely close. Through this experience, I came to realize that serving is what I was meant to do. My mission is to make our patients feel important, comfortable, and genuinely cared for every day. Helping others just makes me really happy!” She looks up to her grandma Kay, a Registered Nurse, for her servants heart.

Outside of work Cheyanne enjoys wheeling with her husband Colton, practicing piano, and watching excessive amounts of crime TV. She has two basenjis, Percy and Ivy, a cat named Charlie, and dreams of becoming a mom!

Sara

Patient Care Coordinator

Sara graduated from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Chemistry. During her time at NAU, she completed the pre-med program and participated in research studies related to youth interventional education as well as performance enhancement in college athletes through a nutritional program that also reduced cardiovascular risks. Sara is passionate about helping others and started her medical career by volunteering in hospitals. After obtaining her degree, she worked as a physical therapy technician and personal trainer until she moved to Colorado in 2018 to continue her career in administration in physical therapy. Sara joined MIPS in 2019 and is looking to grow within the company. When Sara is not working, she enjoys hiking, snowboarding, traveling and spending time with her friends and her dog, Bruce.

Lisa

Patient Care Coordinator

Lisa graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s in biomedical science.  Her passion for constant learning and education led her to earn a master’s in biomedical science with a concentration in forensic genetics from UNT Health Science Center. Her professional career ranges from involvement in Workers Compensation, assisting orthopedic surgeons in peer reviews, and medical/surgical assistant in dermatology and Mohs surgery.  Lisa believes patient education and developing personal relationships are pivotal to providing superior healthcare; every person has a story to tell, and she feels she can learn something from every individual she meets. With this, she strives to bring a personal touch and connection to her interactions with patients, providers, and clinical staff.

Lisa believes in the therapeutic aspects of listening to, and harbors a deep love for creating music. During her time at A&M, she was a member in the A&M Women’s Chorus and also participated in piano competitions during high school.  Thanks to Denver’s music scene, she has attended upward of 30 concerts since moving to Colorado in 2015, and is continuously adding to the list. She also enjoys time hiking and exploring everything Colorado has to offer in term of its natural beauty. Lisa enjoys cooking and experimenting in the kitchen; she will try any food once and, as of yet, she has not found a food she does not like.


Addi

Administrative 

Assistant

Addison graduated magna cum laude from University of Alabama with a degree in Public Health with a concentration in Pre-Health Professions. During her time at UA, she studied abroad in Maynooth, Ireland. Addison was apart of the Delta Zeta sorority and was on the executive committee all four years for Relay for Life.  Addison came to our practice in January of 2019 and has helped us in every way. She has been a huge contributor in building our EMR and making our lives easier. Addison is currently in Rad Tech school. After she graduates, we hope Addison stays with MIPS and becomes a IR tech with us. When Addison is not at school or working she loves to travel, cheer on University of Alabama, and spend time with her family, her dog, Finnigan, and friends.
