Biography
Laura grew up in Lone Tree, Colorado. She began her career in health care at Littleton Adventist Hospital in 2004. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Regis University in 2008. She began her nursing career at Littleton Adventist hospital where she worked in the Intensive Care Unit for next five years. At that time, an opportunity came to help open Castle Rock Adventist Hospital. After spending 2 years at Castle Rock, she transferred back to Littleton Hospital ICU. She graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University in 2019. She spent the next year and a half working in Family Medicine caring for patients from birth to end of life.
Laura joined MIPS in January 2022 and is passionate about helping patients achieve a better quality of life. She is excited to continue to learn and help make a meaningful impact in patient care.
Personal
Laura is married with two young sons. In her free time, she enjoys being outside playing with her children, riding bikes, hunting, and camping.
